Afrobeat Superstar Rema has been having a wonderful time recently, and the artist decided to share some of that good vibe with his fans as he drops a new 5-track body of work titled ‘Ravage.’
This beautiful project opens up with a slow-paced, well-crafted tune called ‘Trouble Maker.’ If the title of the project didn’t drive home the message, then Rema definitely set the tone for the rest of the project with this track. Rema intends to be successful by any means necessary, even if that means everybody else gets no peace.
After Trouble Maker, Rema brings in another banger track titled DND, where he continues the steady but very vibey pace he introduced in Trouble Maker. From this point on, it’s a continuous supply of some very good afrobeats.
In a time where lots of artists are dropping projects that are Dead-on-Arrival, Rema has come to breathe life into your playlists with this nicely packaged body of work, and even the EP’s artwork is more interesting than some projects we’ve seen recently.
